Spooky Stories and Songs of the Season: 2021

Spooky Stories and Songs of the Season. October 8 - 9 is our annual Halloween Storytelling for adults and older children, which grows out of the Storytelling Class.
 
Due to covid restrictions, performances of “Spooky Stories and Songs of the Season” will be a little different this year:
 1st Performance: Friday, October 8th, the show will be held at 6:30 pm, outdoors on the lawn at First United Methodist Church at 232 S. York in Elmhurst. Patrons are requested to bring a lawn chair, and to dress warmly for the outdoor performance on Friday. Rain date for the Friday outdoor show is Sunday at 4 pm. Suggested donation is $10. Free parking is available.
 2nd Performance:  Saturday, October 9th,  the second performance, will be indoors at the Community Bank, Community Bank, 330 W Butterfield Rd, Elmhurst, also at 6:30. There are two performances only. The show begins at 6:30 pm on both evenings. Suggested donation is $10. Free parking is available. *** NOTE: For the indoor performance, patrons will be asked to provide proof of vaccination against Covid or provide a negative Covid test result performed within 72 hours of the Saturday show. Patrons will also need to be masked properly [ both nose and mouth covered] for the indoor performance at Community Bank.

Our target audience is adults and, older children.
Running time: 90 minutes, plus a short intermission.
Bathrooms will be available Friday, for the outdoor show: before the show, at intermission, and after the show, but will not be available while the show is running--at the performance at the First United Methodist Church.
